Tasty cauliflower with Parmesan sauce

A quick cauliflower appetizer will replace traditional snacks during the season.


500 g of cauliflower
300 g of yellow cheese

Ingredients for the Sauce

1 tablespoon of butter
300 ml of milk
30 g of flour
30 g butter
50 g of yellow cheese
60 grams of cheese
2 tablespoons of salt
1 teaspoon mustard
a little black pepper


Wash the cauliflower well and divide it into pieces. Place it in a pot of water to boil. Once the water has boiled, leave the cauliflower for another 10 minutes. Then remove it and straighten it.
In a baking pan, spread the oil and transfer the cauliflower there. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. At the same time, make the sauce: Put the butter in a deep bowl, wait for it to melt and add flour. Stir. Slowly add milk by stirring constantly. Finally, put the mustard.
Prepare the sauce on low heat until it becomes thick. Add Parmesan, yellow cheese, salt and pepper.
With the finished sauce cover the cauliflower and top the cheese. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until the cauliflower gets a golden-brown color.
