100 g of oil, let loose at room temperature
200 g of powdered sugar
1 big egg
300 g of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Half a spoonful of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a tablespoon of crushed grains of cloves

In a large bowl, whisk the butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer.
Add the egg and vanilla and shake again to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and carnation. Add to the top of the page and if it’s very solid, add some water.
Place the mixture in a refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool.
Heat the oven 180 degrees.
Roll out the dough, leave the dose 1-2 cm thick. Remove the biscuits with egg tray and place them in a tray with grease.
Bake for 15 minutes or until they get a pale golden color.
Once done, it can be decorated with cream, different in different colors.
