Nettle Bread: A recipe for vegetarians

Noodles are really a healthy plant, and the taste of this bread will even inspire people on a permanent diet. Whether for a sandwich, a soup or a stew, it is the one that will cleanse your body and help you remove greasy deposits.


340 grams of buckwheat meal
340 grams of oatmeal
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
3 teaspoons chia seeds
100 ml of olive oil
240 ml of yoghurt
1 handful of fresh nettles
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary


Wash the nettles and pour 1 liter of boiling water over it. Drain it and let it cool down. Cut it thinly. Use the rest of the water to prepare “vegan egg” – mix 3 tablespoons of peanut seeds with 9 tablespoons of water. Stir from time to time. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking powder and Himalayan salt) and the “wet” ingredients in another (tea, olive oil and yoghurt). In the second bowl add nettles and rosemary. Mix the ingredients at last.

Cover a small tray with baking paper and spread the baking mixture with a spoon. Bake for an hour or until the bread gets a golden color. Allow the bread to cool and cut into thin slices.
