Thick and tender gourmet mayonnaise of quail eggs

Gourmets and gourmet masters like to experiment and make mayonnaise from quail eggs. Its recipe is actually very simple, and you can do it at home.


6 quail eggs
150 ml of sunflower oil
0.5 ml salt
0.5 ml sugar
0.5 ml mustard
a pinch of black pepper
1 tb sp lemon juice
Green spices – to taste


Eggs, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper are mixed and broken into the blender for a minute. Then add a little sunflower oil until the mayonnaise thickens. Add the lemon juice to the finished mixture, whisk again and stir with green spices. Put the mixture in the refrigerator to seal it. The difference between this recipe and the standard mayonnaise is that quail eggs are used instead of hen eggs. They are considered more gentle and useful – and are therefore preferred by cooks and connoisseurs of gourmet dishes!
