Beans of monastery – best recipe


beans – 200 g mature
onions – 2
carrots – 2
peppers – 2 (fresh and dried)
mint – 2-3 parts
oil – 4 tbsp
salt – to taste
tomatoes – 1 for roux
oil – 2 tbsp for roux
flour – 1 tbsp for roux
red pepper – 1/4 tsp for roux

Method of preparation:

In a saucepan with cold water, pour the beans to a boil with one chopped large onion wholesale. Once boiling add chopped onions, peppers and carrots. Shortly before the beans to be ready salted, seasoned with mint and colorful salt and boil until ready.

Flour, fry in a little oil and to it add the red pepper and blend tomato. Roux mix and pour in the beans. Dish boil for another 15 minutes and is ready to serve.
