1 lb roast ham
3 tbsp butter
1/2 lb fried tomato slices
garnish – mashed potatoes and green beans
Slice ham finely, spread lightlyt with mustard and fry on a both side for 2-3 minutes. Slice tomatoes, heat a pan and fry tomato rounds in oil. Cool tomatoes down and arrange on ham slices. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
