Pumpkin pastry — a delicious dessert

Pumpkin pastry is lovely dessert in my family. Make for winter, autumn, or summer — with frozen pumpkins. It`s simple and easy dessert. And you make in your homes every time.


One medium pumpkin,

2 cups sugar,

1 tsp cinnamon,

1 cup chopped walnuts,

1 coffee cup oil,

1 package pastry

Method of preparation:

Peel and grate to shred the pumpkin.

Fry in a pan with oil. Added sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. Mixed.

Take the pastry. Each sheet put a little of the mixture and roll up roll.

Place roll coiled like a snail in the center of baking tray.

Add pastry to fill the tray.

Bake 40 minutes at 220-230 degrees.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
