Banana Raita


1 pint yoghurt
2 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Place the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, and whip lightly. Slice the bananas in 1/2
inch slices. Add to the yoghurt with the cayenne, sugar, and lemon juice.
