Tomato sauce for spaghetti and pasta according to an original Italian recipe

Fans of Italian cuisine deserve to flavor their favorite spaghetti and pasta with a tomato sauce made by a recipe popular with Apennine.


5 kg of tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
2 onions
great celery
olive oil
preservative /home preservative /

Clean the tomatoes and cut them half. Clean and cut carrots, celery and onions and put everything in a bowl. Add chopped garlic, thyme, parsley and cook for moderate fire for two hours. Then blend the mixture and cook for an hour. Finally add salt and preservative.
Put the hot sauce in the jars and when it cools, pour the olive oil and close it.
