Sushi is the most popular Japanese delicacy in the world. They know even the people who do not fall out of the exotics and experiments in the kitchen. It is not easy to prepare, but we are convinced that its fans or lovers will be able to cope with the challenge if they have this recipe.


To prepare sushi for four prepares:
• 125 g of smoked salmon
• 200 g of fresh salmon
• 100 grams of crab rolls
• 100 g of shrimp cleaned.
• avocado
• Packaged seaweed Nori
• cucumber
• carrots
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups of rice
• 2 glasses of water
¼ cup of vinegar
• 2 large tablespoons of sugar
• 1 small spoon of salt
• a few drops of soy sauce
• Wasabi (exchange)
• 2 large tablespoons of horseradish
• 2 large tablespoons of peas
• 1 small spoonful of mustard

Step 1: Wash the rice in several water. Then soak it in 2 cups of water in a bowl and leave it for 30 minutes. Then put the pot to boil on a hob. Once the water is boiled, lower the temperature to a minimum and cook the rice in a covered dish for another 10 minutes. When done, turn the hob off, but leave it for another 20 minutes.

Step 2: Leave the rice in another container, add a mixture of sugar, salt and vinegar to it and slowly mix it to separate each grain. Let it cool down.

Step 3: At the same time, replace the Wasabi. In a blender mix peas, mustard and horseradish. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to cool. Make egg yolk and turn it into a roll like a pancake. Cut cucumbers and carrots on the same sticks.

Step 4: Use your imagination. Place a sheet of Norie Algae (if it is wrapped, straighten it by holding it a little over the hot plate) and place a thin layer of rice on the nose, then the wasabi, omelet, fish or vegetables (your choice). Then rotate and cut at a width of 2 cm to get a cross section.

Maybe it sounds complicated, but that’s only at first glance. It is worthwhile to try to surprise yourself and your loved ones with an Asian night.

Note: Before you begin to make the sushi pieces, make a mixture of 300 ml of water and 3 large tablespoons of vinegar, and with this mixture moisten your hands so that your hand does not glue the rice.
