Pork fat with a layer of meat – 1 kg
Water – 1l.
Onion chips – 3 handfuls
Daphne leaf – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 7 cloves
Salt – 200g
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Black pepper – to taste
In a saucepan place the water, salt, sugar, onion flakes, bay leaf and put to boil. If you like other spices, you can experiment with it.
When the water boils, put the bacon into it – let it boil another 20-30 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the fire and leave for 8-10 hours in the potion. This will give her a slight aroma afterwards.
Then drain the baking powder and dry it. As the fat dries, cut the garlic into thin slices, then mix it with ground black pepper. And here you can imagine imagination with spices.
Spread the mixture over the bacon and pack it in a cooking foil. Put it overnight in the freezer.
