Cuban Bananas Caesarol


6 bananas cut lengthwise
1/2 cup refined brown sugar
1/2 cup of desalted butter
1/2 teaspoon of raisins
1/2 cup. American nuts
1 tbsp brandy

Method of preparation:

Arrange half of the bananas in a deep, pre-dipped pan. Oil them and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Sprinkle with half the number of raisins and walnuts. Repeat the steps with the other ingredients. Bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let them be true for about 5 minutes, pour them with brandy and serve.

If desired, they can be topped with vanilla ice cream or yoghurt.
