5 tablespoons butters
170 g waffles with chocolate filling, well wrinkled
170 g dark chocolate melted
2/3 cup of sugar
500 grams of mascarpone at room temperature
1 tablespoon vanillin extract
2 large eggs kept at room temperature
Coat a suitable oil container and cool it. In a separate, dry container, mix the butter with the waffles. Then press the mixture into the baking mold (tray). Bake for 30-45 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and, after it has cooled down, blow it with mascarpone until a soft and oily mixture is obtained. Add the sugar, and then the vanilla. Finally, put the eggs in a constant stirring.
Half of the mixture is spread over waffle swamps. Mix the other half with the chocolate mix. Pour on the white mixture. With a thin knife, make strips to mix the white and brown stuffing.
Bake at moderate temperature by keeping the middle of cheesecake soft. After removing the cake from the oven, cool it for 4 hours before consumption.
