About the foundation
50 grams of whole grain biscuits
25 grams of oil softened to room temperature
100 g of thick yogurt
50 g of cream cheese
75 g of sweet cream
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
250 g strawberries (and other red berries)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice.
1. Mix biscuits and melted butter into the blender. Put the mixture in 3 cups of dessert and press it with a spoon. Put the glasses in the freezer while preparing the rest.
2. Sweeten the sweet cream with powdered sugar until it becomes firm, mixes the yoghurt with cream cheese and adds the crushed cream. Mix carefully all the ingredients until they merge into one. The resulting cream spreads over the prepared “bases” of biscuits and put them in the refrigerator for about an hour.
3. At the same time cut the red fruit finely and transfer it to a saucepan, add the sugar and lemon juice and cook at low temperature for about 10 minutes with constants stirring. Allow the mixture to cool, then add it to the second layer of cream in the glasses. Return them back to the refrigerator until you serve them.
