There are many cheesecake recipes without baking. Your favorite dessert can also be prepared with a variety of fruits. How many of them, however, include alcohol ?!
If you love the original confectionery, cheesecake with gin is the dessert you have to offer at the next fine dinner. You will be distinguished by taste and thought, which will not be forgotten!
200 grams of tea biscuits
100 grams of oil
500 grams of cream cheese
25 grams of powdered sugar
50 ml gin
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Grated bark of lime
100 grams of white chocolate
300 ml of broken cream of foam
Method of preparation:
Grind the tea cookies to get the powder, then mix with the butter. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm cake shape and leave it in the fridge to harden.
Beat in a large bowl of cheese, sugar, gin, lime juice and grated bark and rub until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then melt the white chocolate in a water bath and allow cooling for 2-3 minutes before stirring the mixture of cheese and lime.
In a separate container prepare the cream and then add it to the other products. Pour the resulting mixture onto the biscuit base and leave in the refrigerator. After at least 6 hours you can serve your gin cheesecake and grab all the compliments!
