Offering a black ice cream promises to be a hit for the second summer season. 2 tablespoons toasted black sesame
3 tablespoons black sesame paste (the recipe will be shown below)
1 tsp. Sesame oil
400 ml. Milk
200 ml. Liquid high fat cream
3 egg yolks
70 g of brown sugar
2 tablespoons coppers
1 tablespoon vanillin extract
Pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
First, make the recipe paste as the cake in a blender of 6 tablespoons. Toasted black sesame. You will know that you are ready when the oil starts to separate. Add 6 tablespoons honeys and stir well to get the color closest to absolute black.
Freeze the bowl in which you will hold the ice cream in the freezer.
In a suitable container, heat the milk without boiling. Add sesame oil to the prepared paste.
Beat the yolks and sugar with a mixer until they become white as clouds. To them you will put honey, ground sesame and sesame paste. Stir well by hand. At some point, while still stirring, slowly adds a warm milk to the jar.
Put the mixture so prepared into moderate heat. Do not stop stirring until you get a thick mixture. Vanilla extract is finally put on.
The ready black ice cream is poured into the bowl taken out of the freezer. And let it get stuck there again.
