The classic bean recipe will never get tired during fasting if you prepare in a slightly different way!
1 kg mixed beans cooked
1 chopped finely chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 dry pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp braided walnuts
1 kg. paprika
salt, mint and parsley – to taste
4-5l. charlene / walnut oil / if not available – replace with usual
Method of preparation:
Heat the oil and fry the salt, onion, garlic and pepper in them. Softening the onion pour the red pepper into the pan and immediately after it the well-drained beans and walnuts. Stir well and simmer for a maximum of 5 minutes. Try green spices and keep the fire for another 5 minutes to get the smell.
For effect, serve the cooked beans with walnuts in a ceramic pot, decorated with dry red pepper and whole nuts walnuts.
