This fish recipe has several advantages — it is scary fast and at the same time — very refined. Salmon prepared so is ideal for serving the holidays to the New Year!
800 g of salmon fillet
1 onion crazy onion
1 onion (Serbian onion) – if you do not, simply replace with a simple onion
About 400 ml. sparkling wine
100 ml of cream
2 tbsp cow’s butter
1 tbsp flour
A little thyme, parsley, dill and one – rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Bind the green spices without the dill of a “bouquet” with a thread. Cut into thin circles of onions, shawl and branded. Put them on a dry Teflon pan on both sides.
Pour the champagne (sparkling wine), add the green spices and the pieces of salmon fillet.
Turn off the hob to sink under the lid for 5 minutes.
Remove the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover it with foil to stay warm and strain the broth.
In a separate container, heat the oil until melted and fry the flour. Add to it in a row and with good stirring the broth, cream and yolk. Add salt and pepper to the sauce before squeezing it.
The salmon is served on the vegetables, filled with champagne sauce and sprinkled with finely chopped dill.
