Squash big – 1 pc.
Carrots – 2 medium or 1 large
Ketchup – 1-2 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) – 3-4 cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil for frying – 1-2 tbsp
Method of preparation
Clean the zucchini from the bark and seeds. Grate it on a fine grater and point it.
Put the table in a pot and on a moderate fire cook with a constant stirring – so half an hour. Then drain excess water.
Grate the carrots on the same grater and, with some oil, fry it for 5 minutes.
Add to the carrots the crushed garlic, ketchup, pepper and salt and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the whole table to the pumpkin pot and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Caviar is ready and can store it in a refrigerator.
