Potatoes 200 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Salt to taste
Cottage cheese grated 6 tsp.
Oil 150 ml
From the potatoes, we make potato puree, add half the grated cheese, salt and flour. Mash the dough thoroughly.
Roll the dough into a 0.5 cm thick circle and cut into equal parts.
Place the filling on the wide end and roll the horns.
Fry in butter until golden brown.
Put the finished hips on a napkin to get the extra fat.
