- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 125 ml yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 20 g parsley
- Scrape the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
- Wash the cucumber and grate it, then drain it out of the juice.
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
